Loudon, NH, this is PRIVATE property our club has exclusive 4WD access to. This property has a multi-loop trail system we've built to suit any vehicle in the club, with a LOT of options on most trails that are rated BLUE, BLACK and RED. In this event, we will clean up an abandoned squatter's camp and a couple cellar holes for the landowner. Additionally, we'll be working on bridges and trail armor.
A goal of our club is conservation of natural resources while we recreate, and cleaning property we manage our use on and taking care of the wet soils and water resources keeps our trails sustainable. "Keep water off of trails and trails out of water."
We have a clean out service sending a box truck and driver/loader for four hours to help. This service is being donated by Junk Removal Services of NH LLC.
We have a tractor coming to facilitate work provided by a club member, Deryl Gage.
We're meeting at 9:00 am at the property. Full details are sent via confirmation email to those that RSVP.
Work gloves - First come, first served! We have work gloves for volunteers that would like them. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEATHER WORK GLOVES.
Sharps Containers - We will sharps container.
Large Contractor Bags - We have these.
*As we get closer to the event, we may send updated lists of what the club can reasonably supply.
Bring gloves, cameras, lunch, non-alcoholic beverages, proper attire for the weather, protection from bugs and ticks and/or other seasonal concerns.
